Nah, this is pre-1946 at least (I'd guess late 30s) the wine bottle is marked NKVD (pre-1946 KGB) and also marked PVO (air defense), looks like ejection seat testing or something along those lines. All the space/moon things were in the 60s. It's good times though that's for sure :)
